City-to-city time differences

Each page includes a 24-hour reference table, DST notes, and business hours overlap.

How it works

You enter the wall-clock time in your base zone. We resolve that to a single instant in time, then format that instant in every other zone you've added. Daylight saving transitions are handled by the browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat, so spring-forward and fall-back edge cases are correct.

Tips for scheduling

  • Put the meeting in the most-distant attendee's zone first — it makes "is this still tomorrow?" obvious to everyone else.
  • For weekly recurring meetings, double-check the week before each DST transition. Most calendar apps handle it, but human-entered local times don't.

Frequently asked questions

How does the converter handle daylight saving time?

It uses the browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat, which knows the historical and current DST rules for every IANA time zone. Spring-forward and fall-back transitions are resolved correctly.

Can I share a meeting time across multiple time zones?

Yes — set the base time and add every attendee's zone, then click the share button. The link encodes the base instant and target zones, so anyone who opens it sees the same meeting time in every city.
